Contract for Coaching and Human Design Reading
with Arevik Hayrapetyan
This Contract outlines the Terms and Conditions of the 3-day coaching program (the Program) with Arevik Hayrapetyan (the Coach). By participating in the Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.
About Arevik Hayrapetyan: Coach and Human Design Expert
Arevik Hayrapetyan is a FutureFit Academy-certified coach and Human Design Expert with extensive experience working with clients worldwide since 2016.
While she does not hold a formal degree in psychology, her methodology draws on in-depth study across coaching, psychology, Human Design, and related disciplines, as well as a decade of professional practice.

Program Delivery and Pricing
The 3-Day Coaching Program includes:

Online preparatory work before the session.

A 90-minute online session OR a 60-minute in-person session in Yerevan.

3 consecutive days of post-session support via text or voice messages.
If the session includes a Human Design chart analysis, the session recording will be sent to the Client within 24 hours.
Trauma-Informed and Solution-Focused Coaching Approach
During the 3-day coaching program, the Coach may:

Ask questions about the Client's past (trauma-informed coaching approach).

Offer observations, guidance, advice, or solutions based on her professional experience (solution-focused coaching approach).

Suggest additional resources regarding the Client's challenges and goals.
It is always the Client's prerogative to decide whether to act on any suggestion, observation, or resource offered.
Client Responsibilities
Throughout the Program and thereafter, the Client is fully responsible for:

Their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Any decisions, choices, actions, and the results thereof.

Active implementation of any insights, strategies, or commitments arising from coaching sessions.
Client Expectations
The Coach makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Results vary according to each Client's individual history, circumstances, and level of engagement with the coaching process.
The Client understands that no insight, however valuable, translates into tangible change without deliberate action and sustained effort on their part.
The Coach's obligation is to deliver the Program with professional skill, care, and commitment. The Client's obligation is to engage actively and honestly, and to demonstrate dedication to the Program.
Confidentiality
All coaching sessions are strictly confidential, except in the following circumstances required by law:

When the Client poses a risk of harm to themselves or others.

When disclosure is required by applicable law or court order.
At the conclusion of the Program, the Coach may invite the Client to share their experience in general terms (e.g., a LinkedIn recommendation).
Participation is entirely voluntary, and the Client’s decision will not affect the coaching relationship in any way.
Pricing and Payment Terms

The 3-day coaching program—including the preparatory work, a 90-minute online session OR a 60-minute in-person session, and 3 days of post-session support—is priced at 55,000 AMD / 155 USD / 135 EUR / 125 GBP, or the equivalent in other currencies.

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the Program via bank transfer.

All payments are nonrefundable.

Transfer fees (both for local and international transfers) are included in the price.
Personal Information
The Client agrees to provide their full name, passport number, and address, which will solely be used for accounting purposes.
Language and Communication
Coaching sessions, Human Design readings, and digital support are conducted primarily in English or Armenian. General administrative or booking inquiries may also be facilitated in Russian.

If you agree to this Coaching Contract and are prepared to make the financial investment, please fill out the intake questionnaire.

Arevik Hayrapetyan will respond to you within 1–2 business days to confirm if the Program is the right fit for you and share everything you need to prepare for it.
This process ensures mutual understanding and alignment between you and the Coach so that you can make the most out of this coaching program.
